PulseChain

PulseChain is a layer-1 blockchain developed by Richard Heart, the founder of HEX, to address some of the significant issues faced by the Ethereum network, such as high gas fees, slow transaction times, and network congestion. Launched on May 12, 2023, PulseChain is designed to be more efficient, scalable, and cost-effective while maintaining full interoperability with Ethereum.
